Welcome to IHC-Online where we offer health consultations through our web based program WebEx or through Skype.  This is a simple process that allows busy individuals to have consultations with Dr Janssens or other associates without having to leave your home or office.

There are 3 simple steps:

1)    Fill out our Health Appraisal Questionnaire and client understanding.

2)    This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or Call 403-288-4889 to book a consult (50% deposit is required on all booking and is nonrefundable 48 hours prior to consult)

3)    You will need......to have a live consult....

After the initial consultation any tests that have been ordered will be sent directly to you for completion. All tests are non-refundable once the lab receives the sample. If a test kit is returned in its original state a 25% handling/restocking fee will be charged.

When the clinic receives the test results you will be emailed or called to book a follow up appointment. The medical tests take on average 7-21 days to be received by the clinic once they have been completed and sent out.
